Reason for nomination

Mr. Makoto Sakurai has a considerable knowledge of the IT field from many years of operational experience in IT services. In addition, he has experience strengthening the Group companies’ management structure and improving business performance by leveraging his strong leadership.
Based on these achievements, the Board of Directors proposes his nomination as candidate for Auditor in the belief that he will be able to leverage his knowledge to further ensure an appropriate audit function.
