Materiality Identification Process

STEP 1 - Understanding and Identifying Issues

We select a wide range of issues that are important for the sustainable growth of our stakeholders and society. During selection, we reference our corporate philosophy, sustainability policy, and international guidelines.

Issues are identified by sustainability theme with reference to the disclosure requirements of the Sustainability Information Disclosure Guidelines as well as evaluation categories of ESG evaluation organizations.

STEP 2 - Materiality Evaluation
We evaluate the importance of each theme from the perspective of the sustainable growth of our business. Evaluations are also based on our policy of contributing to resolve environmental and social issues through the provision of high-quality IT services.

STEP 3 - Validity Assessment
Internal committees deliberate on the evaluation process and the content of these materialities. In addition, they organize the content based on external expert opinions and consistency with the value we provide in each of our businesses. They then review materialities and KPIs once again.

STEP 4 - Materiality Identification
Materialities, themes to be addressed, and indicators to monitor are identified upon deliberation by key executive members (chief officers) as well as discussion and resolution by the Board of Directors.
