Under the provisions of this Basic Sustainability Policy, the Sustainability Committee serves as an entity to monitor business execution, to deliberate on the formulation of strategies and plans, and to establish performance indicators as targets related to sustainability materialities. The Sustainability Committee also monitors the status of initiatives, reporting and making recommendations to the Board of Directors.
