Reason for nomination

Serving as head of the digital entertainment business department, Mr. Jun Kuroda has directed the operation of the e-comics business, successfully overseeing its growth into one of the top businesses in the industry. From FY2020, he has been leading the Company Group’s initiatives to address sustainability issues as CSRO. From April 2023, he has been leading the management and business execution of the Company Group as President and CEO.
Based on these achievements, we propose his reappointment as Director in the belief that he is a suitable person for realizing sustainable growth of corporate value of the Company.
