Activity details and performance reports regarding Iwanuma Minna no Ie*

*Built as a base for reconstruction support and business creation activities in Iwanuma City, Miyagi Prefecture.

  • Used the Iwanuma Minna no Ie (constructed in Iwanuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, are hit by the Great East Japan Earthquake) to create an inclusive community for all in the disaster-stricken area, holding a Stories From the Iwanuma Earthquake storytelling activity and an SDGs educational tour as a means to foster a legacy remembering the disaster from generations past to generations future

 

  • In 2017, we founded a general incorporated association based in the Iwanuma Minna no Ie for regional development and tourism/product promotion enterprises, including reconstruction tourism and a sixth agricultural industrialization.
