Reason for nomination

Mr. Akio Nakaishi has knowledge and experience in internal control gained from operational experience in product development and quality control in the manufacturing industry and then leading corporate management as the head of a company.
Based on these achievements, the Board of Directors proposes his nomination as candidate for Auditor in the belief that he will be able to leverage his knowledge to further ensure an appropriate audit function.
